J04457: LC System pre-run time is too long during interval injection. Check on systems network & LC configuration. Check on running sequence & methods on customer system. Edit LC configuration & uncheck Optical unit temperature control. Check on sequence & method & performed runs. Pre-run is able to proceed on injection. Educate customer to be aware on setting up sequence run in future. Remark: Removed RID control & switched network setting via DAD. DAD ID address set to 192.168.100.12.
